Where to buy the Novy 7645 cooker hood
🏆 Review & price summary
The Novy 7645 Flatline is a 90cm stainless steel island extractor hood with an extra-slim profile and four dimmable warm-white LED lights. It supports ducted or recirculating installation and includes push-button controls, three speeds, a power mode, delayed switch-off and a grease-filter cleaning indicator. Design and installation
The 90cm Novy 7645 is designed specifically for island kitchen installations. Its extra-slim Flatline profile and seamless stainless steel finish give it a restrained appearance that should work well in modern open-plan spaces.
This is a motorless hood, so it is not a complete standalone extraction package. Installation needs to account for a compatible external Novy motor, with the hood supporting either duct-out or recirculating use through its top exhaust outlet.
Controls and lighting
Push-button controls provide three fan speeds plus a power mode, giving the user a straightforward way to adjust extraction. Delayed switch-off can help clear residual cooking vapour after the hob has been turned off.
Four dimmable 2700K LED lights provide warm illumination across the cooking area. Soft on and off control adds to the discreet feel, while the grease-filter cleaning indication provides a useful maintenance reminder.
Who should buy it?
The Novy 7645 is best suited to buyers designing a contemporary island kitchen and willing to specify the external motor and associated installation requirements separately. Its flexible extraction setup is useful where the kitchen layout or ventilation plan needs more than one configuration option.
It is less suitable for anyone looking for a simple plug-in replacement with all motor hardware included. The available product information supports its design, controls and installation flexibility, but does not provide extraction-rate or noise-level figures for closer technical comparison.
Research note: this BestBuysUK assessment is based on the manufacturer's published specifications and other reputable technical sources. Specifications and retailer availability can change, so verify critical details before purchase.
