Extraction performance and controls
The stated maximum extraction capacity of 800m³/h gives the Barazza 1KMDP12 the specification needed for demanding cooking environments. Three adjustable speeds cover routine use, while the intensive setting provides additional extraction when heavier fumes or odours need to be cleared quickly.
An electronic keypad provides direct control of the extraction settings. The 65dB(A) noise rating is clearly stated, although the available product information does not provide separate noise figures for each operating speed.
Design, installation and everyday practicality
The 120cm format is designed for wide cooking areas, while the 4mm AISI 304 stainless-steel construction should provide a robust, premium finish. Stainless-steel filters complement the casing and are specified for the hood’s filtration system.
LED lighting helps illuminate the cooking area, and the adjustable chimney height is intended to support a neater fit across different ceiling heights. The hood can be configured for duct-out or recirculation installation; recirculation filters are identified as a separate requirement.
