3. BestBuysUK is a comparison and publishing service
BestBuysUK researches, organises and presents product information and editorial assessments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not manufacture, stock, sell, deliver, install or provide the third-party products featured on the website.
When you follow a link to Amazon or another retailer, any purchase is made with that retailer, not with Eastpoint Group Ltd through BestBuysUK. The retailer's own terms will govern the purchase, payment, delivery, cancellation, returns, warranty and other transaction matters.
4. Informational nature of our content
Our reviews, rankings and buying guides are provided to help you compare products and identify questions worth considering before purchase. They are not a substitute for checking the retailer's and manufacturer's current information for matters that are important to you.

Scores and rankings are comparative editorial judgments based on our published methodology and the evidence available at the time. They can change when products, evidence, methodology or comparison sets change.
8. Affiliate links and advertising transparency
Some links on BestBuysUK are affiliate links. Eastpoint Group Ltd may receive commission from qualifying transactions. Affiliate commission does not form part of the BestBuysUK Score and does not determine ranking position.

9. Prices, stock and promotions

18. Changes to BestBuysUK
We may add, remove or change website features, categories, products, rankings and editorial content as the service develops. A product ranking does not create a promise that the product will remain at the same position indefinitely.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to BestBuysUK, our commercial arrangements or applicable law. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
Changes will apply prospectively from their stated effective date. We will not use a later version of these terms to remove rights that have already accrued where the law does not permit that.
20. Governing law and courts
These terms and non-contractual matters connected with BestBuysUK are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, this clause is not intended to prevent you bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
