Power and flexible cooking
The hob’s octagonal induction zones are specified to deliver up to 3700W each, giving it the capacity for rapid heating. The Power function is intended to increase output further when bringing larger quantities to the boil.
Automatic bridging links adjoining zones for larger pots and pans. The Chef function can configure bridged zones for intensive cooking, simmering and keeping food warm, with the preset levels adjustable when required.
Controls and specialist functions
White slider touch controls give the black-glass surface a modern appearance and provide direct power adjustment. Stop&Go can temporarily suspend energy delivery while retaining the selected power levels and timer settings for restoration afterwards.
The 42°C melting setting and 70°C and 94°C keep-warm settings support more controlled low-temperature tasks. A Grill function adapts the bridged cooking area for cast-iron cookware, while InTouch enables control of a compatible Novy cooker hood from the hob.
Who it suits
This is best suited to households with the space for a wide 91cm hob and a preference for flexible induction cooking. Its combination of bridging, high output and dedicated functions should appeal to cooks who use varied cookware and cooking techniques.
