Flexible cooking layout
Four octagonal zones provide a practical layout for positioning pans, while the two automatic flexzones link adjoining areas for larger cookware. This is useful for griddles, roasters and wide pans that may not sit comfortably on a conventional circular zone.
The Bridge function allows linked areas to be controlled together. The Grill function activates the Bridge arrangement automatically and is designed for use with cast-iron cookware, giving the hob a more adaptable cooking surface.
Cooking control and convenience
Each zone has a Power function for quickly increasing heat when needed. The Chef function creates preset areas for intensive cooking, simmering and keeping food warm, with the settings adjustable to suit the dish.
Three temperature-oriented settings cover melting at 42°C and keeping food warm at 70°C or 94°C. Slider touch controls and Stop&Go make it easier to adjust cooking without losing previously selected power levels and timers.
Safety and installation
Automatic pan recognition, residual heat indicators and a child lock provide useful everyday safeguards. The flush or surface-mounting options also allow the black-glass hob to be integrated according to the kitchen design.
InTouch can operate a compatible Novy cooker hood directly from the hob. This is a useful integration feature, although its benefit depends on having compatible hood equipment.
