Cooking flexibility
The 100cm layout gives the Novy 1767 a broad working area, with two octagonal zones on the left and two circular zones on the right. This combination should accommodate a range of pan shapes and sizes.
Each zone has a Power function, with a stated maximum of 3700W per zone. The bridge function can connect two adjoining zones, making the hob more practical when using larger cookware.
Controls and everyday features
The keep-warm function is designed to maintain food at a constant temperature, with a stated 70°C setting. The supplied information also describes a 42°C melting setting and a 94°C keep-warm setting for Power and Pro ranges.
Stop&Go temporarily disables the energy supply while retaining the selected levels and timers for reuse. A child lock adds a useful safety measure, while InTouch can control a compatible Novy cooker hood from the hob.
Who should consider it
This hob is best suited to larger kitchens where its 100cm width can be properly accommodated. Its combination of four zones, flexible shapes and bridging makes it appealing to cooks who often prepare several dishes or use oversized pans.
The available product information does not provide installation measurements beyond the stated width, nor does it specify electrical connection requirements. Those details should be confirmed before fitting.
