Cooking performance and control
The four-zone induction layout gives this hob a spacious cooking surface for everyday meal preparation. The power function can increase a zone’s output to as much as 3000W, making it useful when bringing pans of water to the boil or speeding up heating.
Slider touch controls provide direct adjustment across the cooking zones. Stop&Go temporarily pauses cooking and restores the previous power levels and timers when resumed, while per-zone timers support more controlled cooking.
Practical features and installation
The 70°C keep-warm function is useful when food needs to remain ready before serving. Residual heat indicators and a child lock add helpful safety provisions for a busy kitchen.
With support for either surface or flushline mounting, the Novy 1754 can suit different worktop designs. Its black-glass finish and 80cm format are particularly well matched to contemporary kitchens, although the available product information does not provide detailed installation dimensions.
