Capacity and loading flexibility

The is a standard full-size dishwasher measuring 598mm wide, with capacity for 13 place settings. It uses three baskets, including Smeg’s FlexiDuo third cutlery basket, which is split into two separately movable sections and can be removed to create more clearance for tall glasses or bulky utensils.

The upper basket has three foldable racks, a glass holder, three height positions and Extra Glide sliding guides. The lower basket has four foldable racks, anti-drip inserts and space for dishes up to 300mm in diameter. This gives the appliance useful loading flexibility, although 13 place settings is not the highest capacity available from full-size dishwashers.
