Design and cooking layout
The Novy 56008 Cusin Top uses a broad 90cm format with three gas zones. The supplied product information indicates that the burners are integrated directly into the worktop, giving the hob a built-in appearance.
Spacing between the burners is intended to accommodate larger pots and pans. The stated choice of cooking setups also suggests a layout aimed at flexible everyday cooking rather than compact occasional use.
Supports and flame visibility
Robust cast-iron pan supports are a notable part of the design. They are intended to provide a sturdy base for cookware and contribute to the hob’s durable, timeless styling.
Visual control of the flame is another practical feature. It allows the cooking intensity to be judged directly while the gas zones are in use.
Who should consider it
This hob is best suited to larger kitchens where a 90cm appliance can be accommodated. Its three-zone gas layout and cookware spacing should work well for cooks who use several or larger pans.
Those seeking induction cooking, electric controls or a smaller installation format should look elsewhere, as this is specifically a wide gas hob.
