Compact cooking and extraction
The Novy 40000 is designed around a compact 49cm footprint and two induction zones. That layout should suit smaller kitchens, islands and modular arrangements, although it offers less cooking capacity than a full-width hob.
Its central extraction tower captures vapour where it is generated and can be manually adjusted to 10cm, 20cm or 30cm. Qboost extraction reaches up to 537m³/h, with four fan speeds available and a stated maximum noise level of 64dB.
Flexible installation and everyday controls
Flush or surface mounting gives designers greater choice when planning the worktop. The appliance supports duct-out installation, while optional recirculation provides an alternative arrangement where external ducting is unsuitable.
Everyday cooking features include a manual bridge function, a timer for each zone, a child lock and an extraction tower that retracts when not in use. These features make the compact format more versatile, though the two-zone layout remains best suited to lighter or space-conscious cooking demands.
