The DGC 7840 HC Pro is designed to cover several cooking methods in one compact cavity. Its combination mode blends steam with fan or conventional heat, with temperature control from 30°C to 225°C and humidity adjustment from 0% to 100%.
DualSteam uses an external steam generator and two inlets to distribute steam throughout the oven. The appliance can steam cook on up to three levels and also includes modes for baking, roasting, grilling, reheating, defrosting, keeping food warm and sous-vide cooking.
