Storage and cooling
The stated 417-litre capacity gives the Fisher & Paykel RS80A3 fridge freezer a substantial storage proposition for family groceries. Its French door layout provides broad refrigerator access, while adjustable shelving and removable storage bins allow the interior to be arranged around different-sized items.
ActiveSmart Foodcare is designed to adjust temperature, airflow and humidity according to usage. The full-extension bottom freezer drawer adds convenient access to frozen food, and Fast Freeze provides an additional freezing option when required.
Integrated design and installation
This is a built-in, panel-ready appliance intended to blend into fitted cabinetry rather than stand out as a freestanding refrigerator. Adjustable front and rear feet are included to help with positioning, but installation still needs suitable kitchen space and accurate alignment.
The supplied information states that custom stainless steel panels are sold separately. That is an important consideration for anyone expecting the appliance to arrive with a finished exterior, although it also allows the appearance to be coordinated with the wider kitchen.
Everyday convenience
Frost-free cooling helps reduce routine maintenance, while LED lighting and SmartTouch controls support day-to-day use. Spill-safe glass shelves are described as helping contain drips and leaks, and the EZKleen anti-fingerprint treatment is available on stainless steel panels.
Sabbath Mode adds flexibility for households that need it. The E energy rating is clearly stated, so buyers focused on reducing appliance energy consumption may wish to compare this aspect carefully with alternatives.
