Cooking performance and layout
The five-burner layout gives the hob plenty of room for simultaneous cooking. Its central dual wok burner reaches up to 5kW, making it the standout feature for high-heat wok cooking and larger pans.
Gas burners offer visible flame control, while the combination of five zones and a wide 90cm format should suit demanding cooking routines.
Build and everyday usability
The stainless-steel surface gives the hob a durable, professional-style appearance. Brass burners and cast-iron pan supports are specified, with the latter providing a stable base for cookware.
Metal rotary knobs keep the controls straightforward and tactile. The low-edge worktop design and stainless-steel finish are practical choices for a broad, built-in cooking area.
Safety and suitability
The flame-failure safety device is designed to stop the gas flow if a flame is accidentally extinguished, adding an important layer of protection during everyday use.
This is a spacious gas hob rather than a compact cooking appliance, so available worktop width and suitable gas installation should be checked before purchase.
